Refund policy

At DaraInGoods, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned. Items marked as final sale or non-returnable are also excluded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

How to Request a Return

Important Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. DaraInGoods reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
